Link Technologies LLC, licence 2647416.01, licensed by Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams), registered at Sharjah Media City, Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, email address and message submitted through the contact form or by email. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies by default.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, and only if you switch language: lt_lang, which remembers whether you prefer English or Arabic. It holds nothing else, is kept for one year, and is not shared with anyone. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so the Accept and Decline buttons in the cookie notice change nothing. You can delete the cookie at any time in your browser settings.
Purpose and legal basis
We process these details to answer your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give at the point of collection. Consent is never assumed and never pre-ticked.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months from the last message, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by UAE law.
Your rights under PDPL
